Transition of Estonia and the EU to standard (winter) time

On the night from Saturday 26 October to Sunday 27 October, daylight saving time will end in Europe, which will move back 1 hour to standard time (also called winter time). In Estonia, the change will take place at 4 a.m. local time (from 4 a.m. to 3 a.m. on 27 October).

From this moment the time difference with the time zone of St. Petersburg and Pskov will be minus 1 hour, in connection with which the arrival time will be changed in the route schedules for these destinations (the departure time in the schedule is always local, it does not change). There is no daylight saving time in Russia, so there will be no time change.

On bus routes from Tallinn to St. Petersburg and Pskov, buses will arrive 1 hour later, and on buses from Russia to Tallinn, the arrival time in Estonian cities will be shifted 1 hour earlier.

The schedule of domestic bus routes in Estonia will not change, and passengers can sleep an hour longer this night.

Be careful and take seasonal time changes into account when planning and travelling.
